The PTO fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30. Each August at the PTO Board meeting, the board reviews the income and expenses from the previous year, and then compares that to the planned income from upcoming fundraisers, as well as the planned expenses for upcoming events.
As in any budget, the planned income and expenses are estimations based upon prior year information. The 2021-2022 budget is available below.
