Becoming a Teacher

I've been working for Lake Villa School District 41 since 2006.  I graduated from UIC in 2005 and started off as an assistant in a kindergarten classroom.  From there I was hired as a 4th grade teacher at Olive C Martin.  After teaching for four years in 4th grade, I became a 5th grade teacher and have been ever since. 

Life Beyond the Bell

I got married in 2011 and moved into our first home together the following year.  We welcomed our little boy in 2015 and our little girl in 2019.
