The 2023 Fall Parent-Teacher conferences are scheduled for two days. Parents will be able to choose from either an in-person experience or a virtual experience based on availability of times. 

1. On Monday, November 20, we will be providing in-person conferences from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the Palombi gymnasium.

   • Each parent that chooses this style will arrive at the Palombi gym with their student and take a seat at any available table for a 20 minute conference. Students are prepared to present their Leadership Portfolios, which they will bring with them, and discuss their goals and achievements. At each table, we will also have a whiteboard on which parents can write down the teacher(s) they would like to see. When a teacher sees their name, they will make their way over to your table. Please keep in mind not to overextend your time so we have enough space for other parents. 

2. On Tuesday, November 21, we will be providing virtual conferences from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. 

   • Each parent that chooses this style will click on a link to access a Google Meet. We ask that your student accesses the link as well. The virtual conference is with one teacher and is 10 minutes in length. Please sign up under each individual teacher you would like to conference with. Please put the name of your child in the comment section when signing up.

The teachers will be available to answer questions concerning your child’s academic progress.  Any other issues concerning your child should be dealt with at a separate time since this conference is specifically designed for you and your child to view and discuss his/her academic progress and success.

Palombi will be utilizing a parent-teacher conference signup through Signupgenius.com. If you are coming in-person, please sign-up on the correct grade level and on Monday, November 20th. If you are attending virtually, please sign up for the correct teacher or teachers for Tuesday, November 21st.
