How do I contact support if my student is having issues?

The way to contact support is by sending an email to the Technology Helpdesk, you may do this from your personal email or your student's email account. When doing this, please include: your student's name (first & last), grade level and building (Hooper, Martin, Thompson, Palombi) in the subject line of the email. These emails are all sent to a single inbox and this information will help us sort and assign appropriate personnel. We will attend to as many issues as we can between the hours of 8a - 4p, Monday through Friday.
