If you are not recieveing email alerts, there are few things you need to verify first.
Emails are not in the SPAM folder. This may require you to login to the webmail portal (not just your mail client like Outlook). If you are using an app like Outlook many email providers may not forward mail marked as SPAM to your app. You will need to mark the emails as "SAFE" in the webportal.
You have marked email@example.com as a "Safe Sender". Again, you may need to do this from the web-based client.
Your email address in the PowerSchool Parent Portal is accurate.
If all of these are correct, please submit a ticket to the Technology Helpdesk and we will look into with you.
