Lake Villa School District 41 is a Leader in Me district, which is based upon Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. Lake Villa 41 is committed to creating a culture where each child is capable, gifted, and a leader.
Five staff members from across the district have been trained to become in-house Leader in Me Trainers and Facilitators. In-house Facilitators will train incoming staff members as well as ensure movement forward with Leader in Me. This year, all four schools will also be hosting a Leader in Me family event in the fall as well as a Leadership Day in the spring!
