The curtains were about to close on an incredible Talent Show today, but our staff had one last surprise up their sleeves!
Just when the students thought the show was over, the staff took over the stage with a surprise performance of their own. From the awesome dance moves to the absolute stage presence, they definitely kept the energy at an all-time high!
We are so lucky to have a team that not only works hard every day but also knows how to bring the house down and share a laugh with our students. The look on the kids' faces was truly the highlight of the day! #SERVE #itsathompsontigerthing

Our Thompson students truly shined during our Leader in Me showcase. They demonstrated confidence, teamwork, and leadership in so many meaningful ways, showing what it means to be a Thompson Tiger. We are incredibly proud of how they took ownership of their learning and inspired everyone who attended.
Our students had the opportunity to share their leadership journey with a distinguished group of guests, including teachers, administrators, board members, Regional Offices of Education representatives, the Illinois Association of School Administrators professional development leader, and Franklin Covey leaders from across the state and beyond. It was a special day that celebrated the voice, growth, and potential of our students.
