LEARN: Ms. Kaplan’s 8th graders “invested” in the stock market this week as a part of a simulation to understand why it crashed in 1929! Students had to figure out when it would be best to buy or sell their stocks. This simulation is a great way to transition from learning about the Roaring 20s to the Great Depression!

A great Institute Day filled with learning in LVSD#41 today!




Hooper students and staff collected goods and sent them to a military unit overseas. We sent several boxes of love that traveled 7,561 miles. Great job!!!


Mrs. Schweier had all of Hooper students decorate Valentine's Day cards for senior citizens in our local nursing homes. What an amazing job these Jaguars did!
