
The Hooper staff had the pleasure of celebrating all of the Paraprofessionals that work with all of our students. They always go above and beyond and are such hard workers. Hooper would not be successful without all of these amazing people. #thebest #hardworking


Some Hooper student's got a surprise visit today from Elvis who is the Kingfish baseball teams mascot. These students participate in a reading contest and now get to go to a baseball game!! One lucky winner even gets to throw out the first pitch at the game.

Hooper's Mrs. Gutsmiedl's kindergartners were practicing recognizing numbers by having a number hunt in the school. They found the numbers said them and wrote them down.

After 33 rounds and getting to the 8th grade words, Hooper finally had a spelling bee champion. Congratulations to all of the contestants and to Jimmy for winning the contest. #spellingbee

Mrs. Gutsmiedl’s Hooper kindergartners are working on counting and recognizing numbers 1-20. Today they used playdough to add “pepperoni” to their pizza after reading the correct number card.



Hooper 5th graders learn about properties of matter in science. They used balances to measure weight, rulers to measure length, and their 5 senses to describe properties. #makeschoolfun #science






Mr. Feldman decided to join the Early Learning class this afternoon while they were using the parachute. #principallife
